Don Holubitsky brings unique credentials as a medical malpractice lawyer- a medical degree and a masters degree in anatomy/neurochemistry. His in-depth scientific background combined with his sixteen years of trial experience in health care is a powerful combination.
Don acts solely for patients and their families in medical malpractice claims at trial and appellate court levels. He has a broad background in injury related civil litigation including complex catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, and class action claims. He also represented clients in health care and human rights cases heard before administrative law tribunals.
Don’s legal education includes a clerkship with Madam Justice McLachlin, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of British Columbia, as she then was, and then Chief Justice McEachern, Chief Justice of British Columbia. Don is also a member of the Trial Lawyers Associations of British Columbia and of America and a member of the Medical-Legal Society of British Columbia.
